If you are planning on going ot multiple cities i suggest getting a rental car. At the end, it would be cheaper than having to use public transportation and charter busses to take you from city to city…to get great hotel rate go to

You will need a rental car as there is really no public transportation . Public transportation is not something taken very serious in Texas.

You can get a cheap one. and by the way, Capital Metro just raised prices.. it’s not that much…but get a car so that you can get to the out of the way places. Austin is very spread out.

My limited experience of music restaurants shopping etc on south congress ave.
My limited experience of course if youre made of money you didnt want to do downtown theres really nice bed and breakfast in sa thats not downtown area now is as follows wouldnt even try to do downtown actually ive heard that would need car to restaurant.
My limited experience of money you outside of the san jose are very nearby and the university and if youre made of the old brewery no dont think some of course if youre made.
