You go to every hotel in the city and come up with a super good reason why you need to see them. Or just trick them into giving you their room number. If you have a lot of money, that could be helpful too

ask a bunch of hotel managers.
most just randomly guess I’m assuming they pick the best hotel near by.

they dont care about their fans(they say they love you and all…its their manager telling them what to say so they sell it to young girls that the jonas bros love you and would date you if you were near them…sorry to break it to you in such a manner but its true)….they are making hella money and they would find it annoying having their fans trying to be near them and see them all the time.
